Tim Bruster

I was privileged to work with Melinda Folse Smoot for 10+ years on weekly blogs and other communications.  She developed a way of interviewing me about what I wanted to say in the blogs and writing a draft for me to make my own.  There were many times when I hardly changed a word, she did such a great job of capturing what I wanted to say and the style of my communication.  I enjoyed those sessions of working on the blog because her way of asking questions prompted me to think more deeply and communicate more relevantly.
