Melinda proved over and over again to be outstanding at crisis communication and getting out urgent messages in a clear, non-anxious way that at the same time got across the urgent nature of the message. This was critically important during the COVID crisis. There was so much uncertainty, so many messages coming at people, so many decisions to be made and communicated. Her work during that time was invaluable and made a big difference in the way we were able to navigate those very turbulent waters. I cannot imagine how we could have moved through those times without Melinda’s expertise.
